ADHD + Friendship Workshop

Sale Price: $30.00 Original Price: $45.00

This workshop is designed for neurodivergent adults who want to build healthier, more fulfilling friendships without masking or abandoning themselves. Together, we’ll explore ADHD patterns that impact connection and learn practical tools for communication, boundaries, emotional regulation, and repairing misunderstandings.

Workshop Objectives:

  1. Identify common ADHD-related patterns that show up in friendships (e.g., RSD, object permanence issues, hyperfocus, avoidance).

  2. Communicate needs and boundaries in ways that feel honest, compassionate, and manageable.

  3. Understand their relational triggers and how to regulate during moments of overwhelm, conflict, or miscommunication.

  4. Build sustainable friendship habits that match real executive-function capacity.

  5. Create rituals of connection that support consistency without pressure.

  6. Repair ruptures with tools that reduce shame and increase closeness.

This workshop is perfect for:

  • Neurodivergent adults (ADHD, AuDHD, ASD)

  • People who struggle with consistency in friendships

  • Anyone who masks or “overgives” to avoid abandonment

  • Folks who experience RSD (Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria)

  • People wanting to deepen or repair relationships

  • Those who want friendship skills rooted in compassion—not perfectionism
